Persimmons is thrilled to be partnering with CCHS to host their 3rd annual Wine Fundraising Dinner!
This will be a 4 course dinner with wine pairings. Our bar will open 30 minutes before dinner starts for drinks and mingling.
Dinner will start at 6pm.
In order to maximize our impact we are opening on a Monday to be able to sell out our entire dining room -72 seats!
Persimmons is particularly excited to announce that with our effort to give back to our community, $100 of each ticket sale will go directly to CCHS, which means there is the opportunity for them to make $7,200 from this event!

1st course- Bistro crab cakes paired with the Louis Latour Ardeche Chardonnay
2nd course- Spiral vegetable tartlet with lemon goat cheese and honey paired with the Taub Family Vineyards La Petite Perriere Sauvignon Blanc
3rd course- Short rib ragu pappardelle paired with the Fescobaldi Castiglioni Chianti
4th course- Chocolate mousse with raspberry coulis paired with the Perelada "Stars Touch" Brut Rose
